That’s assuming that Twitter hasn’t spent years on this as it is. I’m entirely sure Twitter will be really, really good about personalization out of the gate as they have an unreal amount of data about everyone’s use. What tweets they engage with, what accounts they follow, etc. I’ll give them credit and assume that they’re not just thinking about what’s popular.
