10 Years Later

It’s very hard to believe October 4, 2006 was 10 years ago, especially since I remember it vivdly and it feels like yesterday. It was the day that I had the first of four surgeries (I only thought it would be one at the time) to correct an issue that I’d been suffering from for years. It would also represent the beginning of a major shift in my life.

I thought I’d bring this post up on the anniversary, something I wrote a while back that also just so happens to be my first Medium post. If you’d care to, give it a read—I hope it’s insightful in some way.
